组装排水渠模具的时候需要检查好每一个使用到的螺栓与卡扣，螺栓都是会根据就模具的型号大小进行使用，并且螺栓也需要和模具一样，在不使用到的时候涂刷上防锈油存放。组装的时候要将模具接口对准，使用卡扣固定整齐后，用电动扳手将螺栓一个一个的组装在上面，如果螺栓出现生锈或者是泥浆粘连的问题也是需要仔细清理干净的，拼接好的模具先检查有没有缝隙或者是遗漏的位置，接下来便是涂刷脱模剂注入泥浆了，凝固后立即拆模，取下固定模具的螺栓，排水渠模具拆开后就可以了仔细检查有没有粘连到大量的泥浆，不能够使用外力强行拆模，也要避免尖锐物品剐蹭模具。
